Frederick Man Lafayette Sheffield Charged For Armed Carjacking, Choking Taxi Driver

FREDERICK, Md. (WJZ) — Frederick Police said they arrested and charged a 46-year-old antheral Tuesday for the equipped carjacking of a taxi and for assaulting the taxi driver.
