Baltimore Police Searching For Missing 70-Year-Old Man With Dementia

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore Police said they are looking for Herbert Lugay, a missing 70-year-old antheral with dementia.

Police said Lugay was past seen Friday astatine 12:45 p.m. connected the 3300 artifact of Egerton Road. He was wearing a reddish Polo t-shirt, achromatic pants and brownish sandals, and should beryllium wearing a aesculapian bracelet.
